The reality is, I have photographed it all and the more that I shoot, the more that I fall in love with wedding photography! Each wedding is a new adventure for me and being part of it is a great honor. Proudly I can say that I've earned good friends through all this adventures. Brine pickles fresh, organic produce from local farmers in California. Even our spices are fresh. Just because pickling is a preservation process doesn’t mean you can use dried-up thyme or week-old asparagus that’s already a little spongy. We want to give our customers crisp, crunchy and delicious pickled vegetables and fruits. Most of all, we want to expand people’s palates and prove that pickles don’t always come in a green or red variety.

This review is several months late but we are still as excited over Gonzalo and his work as ever. Your wedding photos are one of the most important things you will have from your day and choosing a photographer to capture those moments is a BIG DEAL. We got married in Cabo earlier this year and it was a little scary choosing someone we couldn't just drive across town and meet. But through communicating with him through email and by phone, Gonzalo was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and professional and he put our fears to rest. We are lucky to have so many AMAZING photos. Among my absolute favorite photos are the ones from the Trash the Dress session we did a few weeks before the wedding, where it was just the three of us on the beach in Cabo in the early morning. IT WAS PERFECT...and the photos are just breathtaking. (People gasp when we show them. I'm not exaggerating at all). And the wedding photos are just as wonderful! Gonzalo's work is fresh, intimate and fun. He captured the essence of who we are as a couple and the fun, loving vibe of our wedding day.
